Our Top Priorities

An important contribution made by the HOA Board involves Compliance Certification for New Construction and Home Renovation through our Architecture Review Process. The HOA also steers the neighborhood on broader community issues, like nearby land-use development. We also seek to provide social activities for our neighbors to have fun and get to know one another. Oaks III residents benefit by becoming dues-paying members.
